 Can't decide?  We thought we'd give you a little help on selecting some of our all time favorite menu's.

All menu's below include on-site Mesquite BBQ Grill, Grill Master & BBQ Staff, Signature Southfork Buffet Decor,

Heavy Duty Plastic Plates, Utensils, Napkins, Wet Nap and our Signature BBQ Sauce.

(Our standard Rolls are Sweet Hawaiian, unless specified otherwise)

Sales tax and 18% Service Charge is added to all menus

Catering minimum is 75 guests:  Sunday - Thursday

Catering minimum 100 guests:  Friday & Saturday
